1. Once an order is placed, you cannot cancel it.
  2. Within 3 (Three) working days of getting the package, merchant has to be informed via  +91-82749 48204.
  3. If the design (or colour) doesn’t suit you, we can offer you a one-time use store credit voucher valid for 3 months provided the piece is unused and intact with all the tags and labels. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of the store credit voucher.
  4. An e-mail to support@thecushionproject.com must be sent stating the reason for the return.
  5. The goods will be returned in the packaging sent.
  6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  7. If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2500/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  8. Within one week of receiving the goods back in our warehouse, it will be replaced with your requirement, unless you take a store credit voucher valid for 3 months.
  9. Since textiles are natural products, possible streaking or irregularities are characteristics of the fabrics themselves and should therefore not be considered as being imperfections.
  10. Colors: Since the resolution and colour composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of products displayed on our website.
  11. Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  12. In case of damaged/defective products, refunds will be initiated through the same mode as the payment within 10 working days. This should be informed to us via e-mail to support@thecushionproject.com within 24 hours of the parcel reaching you.
